The following changes were added to the 12.0.7 PTR over the last few days: VAL AND NAIGTAL Normal WQs and Rares now drop Champion Crests (was Veteran). Heroic WQs and Rares now drop Heroic Crests (was Champion). WQs, Events, and Rares now have increased XP rewards for players under 90. Vendor Rewa…
