The following Vengeance Demon Hunter changes will be hotfixed to the 12.0.1 beta today: CLASSES Demon Hunter Vengeance Thick Skin now increases Stamina by 50% (was 60%). Soul Barrier shield value reduced to 8% of maximum health (was 15%) and an additional 2% per Soul Fragment consumed (was 3%). R…
