Hello, We have made the following adjustments in Maisara Caverns Vordaza Lingering Dread Periodic damage reduced by 10%. Necrotic Convergence Damage reduced by 10%. Spectral Strikes Now only inflicts damage if the target is successfully struck.

We’ve fixed the issue and enabled Charter Neighborhoods. You should now be able to turn in your signed charter and continue making a Charter Neighborhood. We’re keeping a very close eye on this functionality, so please let us know how it goes for you!
