Could you please make sure you’re checking your collection on the right region, riiborn? Logging into incorrect game region is usually the most common reason for missing skins/bundles.

Those cards are removed from Core. Please see here. If these cards are not part of your Collection anymore, it means you only had the Core versions which no longer exist. Please check the links shared above to see whether the other missing Legendaries were part of the Core set. Thank you!
